Online Contest Rules
1 | It is a team contest and hence, a contestant is not allowed to take help from any person other than his/her team members. |
2 | A team can take necessary assistance from the books or online materials during the contest. However, a submitted code will be penalized if an adequate amount of evidence regarding plagiarism (similarity with code of another contestant) is found. |
3 | Each team is prohibited to ask for an assistance(s) through any Q&A websites, including stack overflow, Bloomfire, Confluence, Guru, Notion, and others. |
4 | No post, regarding a code(s) or a hint(s) about any problem, is allowed to disseminate through any online and/or social media platforms. Even if you are using any pastebin websites, it is your responsibility that it remains private only to you and your team members. |
5 | All the teams are advised to participate in the contest from their respective university campuses so that none of them receives any unfair advantages. |
6 | Once registered (with payment), it will not be refunded afterwards. |
NOTE : ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR TEAM.
